The City of St. Louis Department of Health is requesting proposals from HIV service providers and/or community-based organizations to provide housing and housing related services for the St. Louis Eligible Metropolitan Area. The Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) is the federal funding source supporting this housing program.
