Request for Proposal Applicant Tracking System Bid
HRD is seeking a web-based, applicant tracking system which provides comprehensive services from recruitment to the hire of job applicants for the CLR. This system will provide job applicants with a superior end-user experience; provide the CLR with the ability to receive application materials in both written and electronic form; and improve the efficiency of the CLR recruitment and selection processes. This system must improve efficiencies in HR work flow, technology, analysis, and selection practices and procedures as well as create user-friendly reports, improved service delivery and provide ease of use for applicants and customers.
