Request for Proposal 08-14 Social Housing Portfolio Technical/Property Inspections
The Corporation of the City of London (hereinafter referred to as the City) is seeking proposals from
Consultants to conduct a technical review of selected social housing portfolios in the City of London
and the County of Middlesex. The review, done in conjunction with the City of London Housing Division
Operational Reviews, will include a non-destructive inspection of apartment and townhouse units,
single and semi-detached dwellings in social housing projects administered by the City of London
Housing Division. Approximately twelve (12) social housing projects are to be inspected each year. The
average number of units per project is 50. The Consultant may also be required to provide additional
inspections as resources become available.
