Request for Proposal Public Relations Agency
The Art Colony Association, Bayou City Art Festivals seeks proposals from qualified candidates to provide public
relations (including media and community relations) support for annual programming on a retainer basis. The main
role of the agency is to focus on Bayou City Art Festival Downtown and Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park
fundraising events in each area as well as overall awareness of fine arts, the nonprofits, large-scale events and its
mission. The following Request for Proposal (RFP) provides organization background, goals and submission details.
Interested parties should submit proposals in accordance with this RFP to be considered.
