a. To select a successful bidder for formation of SPV (PC) to develop, design, finance, build, operate and transfer the above mentioned Project as set out in the RFP Document.
b. To execute the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the Build, Operate and Transfer (B.O.T) Concessionaire Agreement and the Lease Agreement with Kerala SIDCO Ltd (herein after SIDCO) as per the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP document.
