External Buildings Repair Project
Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for, Replacement of the exterior will continue to maintain the professional look and standards of the Resource Management (RM) Building and add security with new exterior doors while adding a lockdown feature. New LED lighting will illuminate the exterior well at night while lowering the building energy foot print. New awnings and siding will lower maintenance costs and revamp the look of the building.
Replacement of the main and side double entrance doors, gutters, downspouts, bollard and exterior lighting and reset, level and caulk granite planters will continue to maintain the professional look and standards of the Visitor Center (VC) and improve ADA compliance, lighting, and overall appearance.
