Request for Proposal (RFP) for Redevelopment Implementation Plan
The Community Development Agency of the City of Menlo Park is requesting written proposals and statements of qualifications from qualified consultants and firms to prepare the Redevelopment Implementation Plan for Fiscal Year (FY) 2009-2010 through FY 2013-2014 tofulfill the requirements of the Community Development Reform Act of 1993 (AB 1290), as amended by AB 637 and SB 701. Three previous Redevelopment Implementation Plans wereprepared for FY 1993-1994 through FY 1998-1999, for FY 1999-2000 through FY 2003-2004,and for FY 2004-2005 through FY 2008-2009.
