Request for Proposal (RFP) for Management of Public Parking and Ground Transportation Facilities at Chicago Midway International Airport Spec # 87223
The City of Chicago ("City"), acting through its Department of Aviation ("CDA" or
"Department"), invites the submission of qualifications and Cost Proposals ("Proposals" or
"Responses") for the Management of Public Parking and Ground Transportation Facilities
for Chicago Midway International Airport ("Airports"). The intent of the RFP is to identify
qualified Respondents to provide the Services at Chicago Midway International Airport as
described in greater detail in the Scope of Services, attached hereto as Exhibit 1 (the
"Scope of Services").
Respondents with demonstrated experience in providing the services identified herein (the
"Services"), and with an interest in making these services available to the City, are invited
to respond to this RFP. Respondents are required to identify all resources that will be
necessary to complete the Services identified in the Scope of Services.
For purposes of this RFP, "Respondent(s)" means the companies or individuals that submit
Proposals in response to this RFP. The documents submitted by the Respondents are
referred to herein as "Response(s)."
The Respondent(s) awarded an Agreement pursuant to this RFP, if any, are sometimes
referred to herein as "Consultant(s)". Agreement refers to an agreement awarded to a
Consultant.
