The State is issuing this Request for Proposal for the purpose of selecting a qualified contractor to complete a Competitive Advantage Assessment of the State of Nebraska. A contract resulting from this Request for Proposal will be issued for a period of six (6) months effective November 16, 2009 through May 16, 2010, with the option to renew for one (1) additional six month period for completion of an annual update to the Competitive Advantage Assessment commencing in November of 2010, if mutually agreed upon, in writing, by all parties.
