Request for Proposal (RFP) Independent Commissioning Authority Services, Terminal Modernization Program
Sacramento County Airport System (SCAS) is soliciting Request For Proposals (RFP) to engage the services of an independent consulting firm to perform facility commissioning services for the Central Terminal B and Airside B. The terminal and airside facilities are being designed to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. It will be the consulting firms responsibility to ensure that all building systems are appropriately designed, complete and functioning properly upon occupancy in 2011. This firm will also assist in establishing, implementing, and monitoring a commissioning plan, and ensuring that the Countys staff is provided adequate system documentation and training. A Pre-submittal meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. local time in the Sacramento International Airport Terminal A Media Room, located on the 2 nd floor, just prior to the security checkpoint. Enter the 1st door on the right side and follow the hallway. The meeting will include a presentation. Attendance is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.
