Website hosting and support services to be provided to the Workforce Boards on an ongoing basis will include the following:
Server administration services as related to the regional websites and database servers; Support of the regional website infrastructure; Maintenance of the regional databases; Technology support for the annual update of the regional project web environment; and Hosting of the regional web applications and databases;
Other services, such as those that follow, will be provided on an as needed and requested basis:
Regional website content revision and support services; Regional database support services (e.g., database modifications and changes, etc.); Technology planning services (e.g., advice and guidance on improvement of current technologies as well as implementation of new applications); and Other related services that may be identified during the contract period.
