Birdi, Inc. (Birdi) is a Los Angeles based, full-service systems engineering consulting and contracting firm that is a leading provider of technology solutions to major airports and other transportation entities. Birdi issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Website Development services, based on a design created in-house on Adobe XD and now needs to find a firm that can take that design to development. Birdi welcomes responses to this solicitation from national and international firms. The firms who submit a response to the RFP (singularly respondent, collectively respondents) must meet the minimum qualification requirements as specified in Section E of the RFP.
