The Westchester County Office of Tourism seeks the services of an individual or firm to provide bulk mailing services of travel brochures. The Office of Tourism will compensate the selected proposer at the rates set forth in proposer's price proposal, attached hereto. Payment will be made after completion of all services and upon receipt of invoice.
