Request for Offers: Consolidated Elevator Maintenance Services at Various FAA Facilities in Alaska.
The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Elevator Maintenance Services at various FAA facilities in Alaska, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.
This is a Small Business Set Aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration form inserted following Part IV, Section K. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors.
Contractor's technicians must be certified to work on the various manufacturers' elevators and may be required to provide copies of the Certifications. See SOW and Description document for specific elevator manufacturers. See Section L for Key Personnel Requirements.
