Request for Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications for Construction Management Services
This Package includes all asphalt concrete paving, curb and gutter, cement concrete paving, decorative
concrete, exterior pavers, site furnishings and sidewalk work; for the construction of the Emily Couric
Clinical Cancer Center. The new structure will be a five story building plus penthouse, totaling
approximately 150,000 sf. The ground floor, partially below grade, is a cast in place concrete structure with
the upper four floors and the penthouse of steel construction. The building will comply with the Universitys
sustainability program, including LEED certification.Design Phase Services (pre-construction) will include
scheduling, cost estimating, constructability analysis, one value management session and reviews of
the schematic, preliminary and final documents. Procurement Phase Services will include assembling
a team of qualified Trade Contractors to work directly for the CM. Construction Phase Services will
include construction administration services and full responsibility for completion of the project.
