The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to produce and deliver an F-16 ACPTS Part Number 16U75060-XXX. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined.
All reference to the ACPTS shall be based on National Stock Number (NSN) 4920-01-301-6273.
