This Sources Sought is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, or as an obligation. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek the availability and capability of 100% Total SDVOSB & VOSB Set Aside Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses & VOSB only (no other socioeconomic category will be accepted for this request for information) that are interested and capable of providing the delivery of Dalfampridine 10MG SA Tablets specified by the Hines, IL CMOP.
All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. All submissions will be treated as business confidential materials, become Government property, and will not be returned.

Description

The Hines, Illinois CMOP 764 located at 5th & Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141 in support of filling patient prescriptions, and to replenish stock, will have need for a bulk order of Dalfampridne 10MG SA Tablets, Quantity of this request is for 600 bottles. (Quantity will vary per request). This will be a one-time buy. All Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), will be applicable.
