Request for Information - BRAT Sustaining Engineering
The Government is conducting market research to identify a replacement Phase Noise Measurement Module for the BRAT system. This includes, but not limited to, technical analysis, analysis of alternatives with procurement costs and technical specification, determination of replacement BRAT Phase Noise Measurement Module, prototype, integration of solutions into the overall system, and First Article & Qualification Testing. These requirements are for the Automated Test System Division at Robins AFB, GA. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined.
