Request for Information - Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM)
The Army Corps of Engineers - Information Technology (ACE-IT) in support of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide TEM Services in supporting USACE mission requirements.Please refer to the attached Memorandum for Record (MFR) which provides the details of the RFI.
A questionnaire is attached (Solicitation Number: RFI4-TEMSVCS). This FBO RFI closes Friday, 07 April, at 10:00am, Central Daylight Time. In order to be considered, RFI responses MUST be submitted via the FBO. Submission of a complete questionnaire (answering all questions) is requested and you must submit the questionnaire directly to Angela.L.Andrews@usace.army.mil by 10am, CST on Friday, 07 April 2017. Please be advised that if you do not provide all answers to the questionnaire, your submission will be incomplete. In addition, it is not possible for you to post the questionnaire on the FBO website so please make sure you submit the questionnaire to
Angela.L.Andrews@usace.army.mil prior to the above deadline.
Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing, via e-mail, to the
Contract Specialist at Angela.L.Andrews@usace.army.mil. Verbal questions will NOT be
accepted. Questions from Contractors will be answered by the Government via posting to The Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Website accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after 24 March 2017 will be answered.
