This is a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a potential Roll-on/Roll-off vessel acquisition requirement for the U. S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Washington, DC. MARAD is releasing this request for information to the public, to identify existing ships and vessels that could replace existing vessels in the U.S. Government-owned surge sealift vessels requiring recapitalization, which meet the minimum requirements set forth in this RFI.
