Request for Information (RFI) for CBP Ballistic Plate Armor
This is NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a Request for Information (RFI).
US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has identified a need for rigid, lightweight ballistic plate armor capable of defeating high velocity rifle threats in support of the mission of officers and agents in the various components of CBP. CBP is conducting market research in advance of the anticipated procurement of ballistic plate armor which offers National Institute of Justice (NIJ) certified Level III ballistic protection in support of the mission of officers and agents within CBP.
