Request for Information/Capability Assessment for off-grid power system at Pico del Este, Puerto Rico.
The power system (microgrid) will integrate engine-generator (E/G) sets (provided as government-furnished equipment (GFE)), wind turbine generators (WTG), photovoltaic (PV) array and inverters, and battery energy storage system (BESS) via integration control system (ICS) to ensure robust, resilient power.
Ultimately, the Government is looking for a Contractor who can tie all these elements together; however, if you specialize in any one of them and are interested, please make your interest known by responding accordingly.
