Request for Information: LEO and MEO Satellite Service
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) AND NOT A SOLICITATION. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services as required in the attached document.
Your response to this RFI will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation of proposals or the authority to enterinto negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the Government in developing an acquisition strategy, or performance work statements, or specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI.
By submitting information in response to this RFI, respondents consent to the release and dissemination of submitted information to any Government or non-Government entity to which PEO-EIS TAO releases and/or disseminates the information for review. As such, to the extent that any information submitted in response to this RFI is marked as, or construed to be proprietary or business-sensitive, respondents are hereby notified (a) of the potential that such information may be disclosed to third parties and (b) that submission of information in response to this RFI constitutes consent to disclosure of submitted information.
NO phone calls and/or request for a Solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. Company Brochures are NOT desired.

The Government requests responses to this RFI be submitted NO LATER THAN 31 July 2019 at 3:00 PM EDT. All Interested parties must submit in writing (no more than 25 pages, single spaced) their capabilities, experience and familiarity with providing the services stated in Sections 1 and Section 2 of the Attached Document and must be answered in the same order as shown within this document with the items properly referenced.
A response with ' no' or 'not provided' with the given architecture' is an appropriate answer, but failure to respond to an identified item may be considered a negative response during review of the provided information. The complete response to Section 1 and Section 2 of the Attachment to this RFI shall be limited to a total of 25 pages. Additional attachments may be provided, but will not be considered as part of the RFI response. Marketing materials are not a sufficient response to the RFI.
