One of the factors considered in picking a site for the Symposium is geographical location.
According to a plan of rotation of the Symposium among regions in the U.S. and Canada, in 2010
NALMS is looking to find a location in the West/Southwest region of the U.S., comprised of the
following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington
and Wyoming.
