To consider the potential, and engage, if appropriate and feasible through a RFP, a private sector proponent/entity (for-profit or not-for-profit) to provide ongoing and enhanced levels of service for expanded community health and wellness activities, cultural and leisure amenities and services, and recreational and leisure sports and activities for the City of Port Colborne. The City will strive to maximize facilities for the improvement and betterment of the quality of life for our residents within both the City of Port Colborne and throughout the Niagara Region.
