U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
NEW FEDERAL COURTHOUSE
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) requests Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for a site within the boundary of the Downtown Regional Activity Center to be used for the development of a new Federal courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on land to be owned in fee simple by the United States.  The Downtown Regional Activity Center is defined precisely by the City of Fort Lauderdale and outlined on its Future Land Use map.   GSA will consider sites of approximately three to five acres that are (i) donated sites, (ii) sites to be sold to the Government and (iii) sites offered in exchange for the current Federal courthouse site located at 299 E. Broward Blvd. In addition to sites submitted in response to this advertisement, GSA may consider sites not offered in response hereto.  Submissions may include privately owned site assemblages.

GSA reserves the right to select a site that GSA believes is the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered, without regard to 41 U.S.C. § 3101 et seq.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
