The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority invites the presentation of written proposals for the development of residential in the air space above the Arts District Parking Garage to be located at 431 West Main Street on a tract of land bounded by Main Street and Colcord Drive, and N. Walker Avenue and N. Hudson Avenue. All formal written proposals for the purchase and development of the air space rights and connection and tie-in rights will be received at the offices of the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority, 105 North Hudson Avenue, Suite 105, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma until 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of February, 2013.
