The Village is seeking proposals from interested parties for the purchase and redevelopment of property. The Village is open to considering a wide range of site designs, users and purchase options and is hopeful that the development of the property will spur reinvestment and development elsewhere at the intersection. The ideal redevelopment will consist of a commercial user or users.
