The purpose of this bid proposal is to acquire the service of a team of consultants to provide training for special education mentors funded by the Maryland State Improvement Grant II (MSIG II). This team shall include at least two consultants. MSIG II provides funds for special education mentors through the Maryland Approved Alternative Preparation Programs (MAAPP) in Special Education formerly known as the Resident Teacher Certificate (RTC) grants and through Mentoring/Coaching grants to Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs).
