Request for Consultant Assistance
NCTCOG‘s Department of Environment & Development has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for environmental consultant assistance with a regional storm water monitoring program (regional program) of member entities for compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) TPDES permits for municipal storm water discharges. The regional program is being conducted in cooperation with the cities of Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Garland, Irving, Plano, and Mesquite, and the Texas Department of Transportation-Dallas District and North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA).
