Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for a General Contractor
The project will entail both demolition and buildout of space for the Infusion Therapy Clinic, consisting of clinical and office space as presented in the Construction Documents. This project involves the renovation of approximately 9,000 departmental GSF of Level 8 of the Old Clark Clinic located at 1515 Holcombe Boulevard. The project scope includes the general buildout of the south half of the floor, including all architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire/life safety elements.
