A group of organizations are accepting proposals for qualified certified public accounting firms to perform annual audits. It is
expected that a 5-year contract will be awarded, subject to:
 The annual review and recommendation of the Selection Committee;
 The satisfactory negotiation of terms (including a price acceptable to all entities,
individually or collectively, and the selected firm);
 The concurrence of each entitys Board.
