Request For Qualifications (RFQ) For Development Of An Integrated Airport LAND USE STRATEGIC PLAN AND AIRPORT ZONING PLANS FOR DETROIT METROPOLITAN AND WILLOW RUN AIRPORTS CONTROL NO. S11-121
Responses from teams of businesses are being solicited by the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) for the purpose of contracting to provide airport planning and support analysis including land use planning, airport zoning, airfield analysis, real estate development analysis, cost estimating, surveying, utility investigation, geotechnical investigation, facility inspection, environmental investigation and other related services required to complete an integrated airport land use strategic plan and complete technical requirements for airport zoning plans for Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) and Willow Run Airport (YIP).
The contract term commences upon issuance of the Airport Authority's Notice to Proceed and terminates upon the Airport Authority's final payment for all required services for tasks assigned within three (3) years of the Airport Authority's Notice to Proceed.
