The County is soliciting proposals from qualified three- dimensional (3-D) visioning, media, website and information technology consultants to utilize 3-D visioning as the base for a website. Services are being sought to create and begin operation of web-based media which will use (3-D) visioning tools to establish an easily navigable portal to view and participate in 2025.
