The Organization is accepting proposals to redesign the organizationâ€™s website to align with its new brand. The organization is providing this request for proposal (RFP) in order to ensure fair competition among all qualified candidates and to supply those candidates with evaluation criteria against which the proposals will be judged.
The selected vendor will collaborate with TTDC to develop a website with the following properties: â€˘ Promotes our organizationâ€™s mission and its efforts in entrepreneurship, commercialization, early-Â- stage capital, and outreach. â€˘ Builds brand awareness and supports our organizationâ€™s programs. â€˘ Increases website interaction and organizational participation via Internet-Â-based tools. â€˘ Web pages are easy to navigate and data is easily downloadable. â€˘ Secure and quick to load, navigate and operate. Communications Objectives â€˘ Incorporates key sections, including but not limited to â€śAbout Us,â€ť â€śStaffâ€ť and â€śPrograms,â€ť as well as an interactive map that highlights stakeholders and partners across the state. â€˘ Comprehensive â€śNews Roomâ€ť that highlights the latest news and developments, as well as allows easy accessibility and archiving of data, news and information. â€˘ Member, partner activities and events are highlighted. â€˘ Full coordination of our social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and LinkedIn) as well as compatibility with related technology (RSS feeds, blogging, podcasting, video, webinars and additional interactive features).
