Request For Proposal LMS - eLearning Solution
Intent to respond due: February 10, 2009
MiCTA, a national technology purchasing organization, and Maryland Virtual Learning Opportunities (MVLO) is issuing this Request For Proposals (RFP) for standards-based Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Object Repositories (LOR), Help Desk Services, Hosting Services and Third-Party tools related to the deployment and operation of learning management systems. Our intention is to designate one or more endorsed or approved vendors to deliver these products and services to our members at the lowest possible cost using a negotiated Master Agreement.
