Request For Proposal Energy Cost Recovery and Reduction Services
The County of San Bernardino Facilities Management Department, hereafter referred to as
County, is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and firms for Energy
Cost Recovery and Reduction Services. The number of awards will be determined by the
quality of the proposals received and the County, at its discretion, shall award projects
according to the best interest of the County.
