Request For Proposal: Consultation and Placement of Advertising and Promotional Materials

The County seeks proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide consultation and placement of television, radio, print, internet, text messaging, and other forms of advertising and promotional materials for Playland Amusement Park, the Ice Casino, and various facilities of the County Parks. This request does not include for the creation of any types of artwork.

The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek out and select an individual or organization to provide consultation and purchase of advertising and promotional materials at the most economical cost from 2009 through 2013 with the ability to renew for an additional five years.

All proposals must be received in the Office 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 23, 2009.
