An Architect/Engineer shall be selected directly from the list of firms who have
submitted Letters of Interest, Statements of Qualifications, and Performance Data
for projects estimated to be under $100,000.00 and when the fees for the
architect/engineer services do not exceed $30,000.00. Such selection will be
made on a project by project basis. If delegation of authority is given to WSU by
DFCM, architectural and engineering services for project over $100,000 will also
be selected from this pre-approved group of consultants.
