Replacing, Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services of Water Quality Monitoring Systems, Hiroshima, Japan

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
All offerors shall follow attached combine synopsis document and attachments. All interested vendors intending to submit a quote need to attend a pre-proposal conference and site visit.
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
Note 2: PWS, Appendix B, Location Map are not attached. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the maps.
Note 3: PWS, Appendix D "Balanced Price". Excel version is available for your updates. Contact POC via email to receive excel version.
Note 4: Pre-proposal Conference and Site visit will be conducted on 30 Aug at Yokota AB and 4 Sep 19 at Hiroshima area separately. If your company request to participate in the Pre-proposal Conference and site visit, the offerors shall submit attendance list and an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT at 1600 on 27 Aug 19.
