Family and Childrens Services Niagara invites Proposals for The Replacement of The Telephone and Voicemail System.
Request for Proposal documents are available weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from FACS Niagaras Finance Department at the address below. Request for Proposal documents will be provided in PDF format only. Call (905) 937-7731, ext.3309 or e-mail [email protected] for inquiries and/or to order this RFP.
Sealed Proposals on the forms provided will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at the same Finance Department, and will be opened immediately upon closing. Please note that this will not be a public opening but a listing of those companies that submit a proposal will be available shortly after the opening.
A mandatory information/site visit will take place during the Pre-Bid meeting at 82 Hannover Drive, St. Catharines, Ont., L2W 1A4 at 9:30 a.m. (Local Time) on Friday, May 8, 2009. At this meeting, a Confidentiality Agreement must be signed.
Family and Childrens Services Niagara reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals at its sole discretion.
