Replacement of Perimeter CCV Cameras andInstallation of New CCV Recording System and Cameras
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Program Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase, delivery, and installation of a new CCV recording system and Cameras at the Philip J. Philbin Federal Building, 881 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is HSHQE1-16-R-00003.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5 M. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard.

Request for Proposals (RFP): Proposals in response to this RFP are to be submitted to Contract Specialist, George Shirley, at george.m.shirley@hq.dhs.gov and should be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Solicitation Provisions.
All contractors interested in providing a quotation for this project are invited to attend a walk-through of the facility at the address listed above. The walk-through will take place on September 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM ET. Vendors interested in attending the walk-through shall email the Contract Specialist at george.m.shirley@hq.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM ET, September 6, 2016.
