The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provisions of the replacement/upgrade of the fire alarms at Federal Correctional Complex Coleman, located in Coleman, FL. Please refer to the Statement of Work for complete detail.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this procurement is 334290 (Size Standard: 750 employees). This solicitation is being issued as a 8(a) set aside. The Government contemplates awarding of firm-fixed-price purchase order from this solicitation.


All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide the supplies in accordance with the Statement of Work.


The solicitation will be made available on or about August 19, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
