Replacement of Controller Component of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

 

•I.  Background: The DLA Installation Operations Philadelphia is requiring Professional Services to replace the control components for the HVAC systems that serve DLA buildings on the Naval Supply Activity Philadelphia (NSAP) installation. The control component operates the HVAC system. The component is made up of a series of Network Automation Engines (NAE) manufactured by Johnson Controls Incorporated (JCI). This project replaces the existing NAE installed base to restore HVAC system function.

 

•II.  Scope of Service:

 

This SOW is intended to provide and install JCI Metasys Controller for the purpose of restoring the automated function of DLA HVAC system. The work generally includes project management, engineering, installation, programming, training, updated graphics and start-up. Including control hardware, system control drawings for:

••  Replace all existing NAE controllers and Report any communication issues.

••  Integrate Metasys NAE on its BACnet, web based Network Automation Engine controller, and connect to communication bus, into JCI Server in Building 24.

••  Provide graphic interface for all new NAE installation on JCI Server in Building 24, upload new database and provide training.

••  Provide 1 day each of troubleshooting service for NAE configuration.

••  Provide project management, engineering, installation, programming, training, updated graphics and start-up. Including control hardware, system control drawings.
