The existing ALM-99B test set is obsolete and can no longer be supported
PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for production of replacement for the AN/ALM-99B Programmer Test Set. The existing ALM-99B test set is obsolete and can no longer be supported. The AN/ALM-99B Programmer Test Set is listed below:

The ALM-99B Programmer Test Set is used to perform tests on the C-10130/ALQ-155 (V) Control-Indicator-Programmers (CIP). This test consists of three special cable assemblies, the adapter, several circuit card extenders, all of which are housed in a rugged case assembly which includes separate base and cover. The current test set design includes CCAs that perform basic waveform measurements such as pulse width, pulse recurrence frequency (PRF), pulse repetition interval (PRI), and sweep time. Supplemental commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) test equipment is also utilized with the test set, for waveform measurements that cannot be performed by the test set circuitry. The supplemental COTS includes: oscilloscope, digital volt meter, multimeter, and electronic counter.
