Replacement Shingle Roof

Work to be performed under the Base Bid includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of approximately 267 squares of asphalt shingle roofing and underlayment including flashings and sheet metal down to the existing structural deck; re-use of existing gutter on Sector A; replacement system to consist of new asphalt saturated felt, and self-adhering underlayment, fiberglass reinforced asphalt shingles, new soffit vents and static roof vents, new sheet metal flashings and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, 50-year warrantable roof assembly.
