HE ATTACHED INVITATION FOR BID, SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS ARE ISSUED UNDER A NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER HSCG82-14-B-PMV204. THE PREVIOUS SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR THIS PROJECT 3513075 IS CONSIDERED OBSOLETE.
SYNOPSIS - THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE:
This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to replace 10 existing rooftop units with 9 variable air volume type units. Each unit will be configured single zone VAV and should provide two reusable washable air filters. Rooftop units shall be the same manufacturer as the thermostat/humidistat controller. All electrical disconnects will need to be replaced with NEMA 4x enclosures made of stainless steel or plastic.
The following work may include and will be determined at solicitation (furnish all labor, materials and equipment):
• New prefabricated heavy-gauge galvanized steel mounting curb
• Gasket Shal be provided for field mounting
The performance period will be 90 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2012 code is 238220. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $14 Million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
