Rosser Ave., Bismarck, North Dakota.  Work includes concrete, HVAC, electric, Building Automation System, and security barrier refurbishment.  Security clearances are required for all workers.  Solicitation packages will be available on April 8, 2019.  Work to be completed in 100 days after notice to proceed.  Estimate range is $500,000 to $1,000,000.  Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.  This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. ; To be elibigle for award, contractor must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.SAM.gov at the time of offer.  This procurement is set-aside for Small Business.
