Replace existing gas furnaces, condensing units, cooling coils, and infra-red heaters
The Contractor shall provide all services, planning, management, supervision and labor, and all
materials (other than those listed as provided by Owner), tools, consumables and equipment required
to: remove the existing units, install and place the new HVAC equipment into operation, and enlarge
the existing condensing unit concrete pads at FS # 4 and # 5 to accommodate the new equipment.
