Pre-Solicitation Notice: Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for, Replace Elevator Controls Building 28, Project No. 504-18-107, Amarillo VAMC, 6010 W. Amarillo Blvd, Amarillo, Texas
The method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated issue date of March 18, 2019, and a projected bid due date of May 3, 2019.
Project consists of; but is not limited to; Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tooling, and supervision to perform all requirements of the resulting contract. The project includes; but is not limited to; replace and refurbish three elevators at the Amarillo VA Health Care Facility located in Amarillo, Texas 79106. This project is to replace MECHANICAL and ELECTRICAL components, as well as upgrade the three (3) Elevator cars, controls and surrounding area of the Elevator Shaft on each of the four (4) floors of Building 28, the main HOSPITAL Building. Work includes general construction, alterations necessary removal of existing equipment and construction and certain other items, per the provided Scope of Work, Specifications and Drawings.

Project duration shall be 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAISC code is 238290, $15 Mil. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range: $1,000,000.00 - $2,000,000.00.
